∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of Land Law, Civil Law, other related activities.
∎ Proficiency in legal drafting, vetting, contract negotiation, and litigation management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Internet.
∎ Fluency in both English & Bangla (written and verbal).
∎ Strong knowledge of Land Law, Civil Law, other related activities.
∎ Proficiency in legal drafting, vetting, contract negotiation, and litigation management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

∎ Fluency in both English & Bangla (written and verbal).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vetting and scrutinizing land documents, identifying flaws, and providing legal opinions on property purchases.
∎ Verifying ownership history, khatian, mutation, survey reports, and other necessary legal papers.
∎ Drafting various legal documents, including contracts, deeds, MoUs, affidavits, business agreements, wills and agreements with landowners, developers, & stakeholders etc.
∎ Issuing and responding to legal notices, and assist in regulatory compliance.
∎ Representing the company in civil, criminal and other cases before courts and tribunals.
∎ Engaging with external lawyers and overseeing litigation processes to protect company interests.
∎ Monitoring legal risks, providing strategic advice, and take necessary actions for risk mitigation.
∎ Ensuring agreements align with company policies and mitigate potential risks.
∎ Maintaining legal records, preparing periodic reports, and updating management on ongoing cases.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.
