∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering.
∎ Diploma from IDB in relevant subject will get preference.
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering.
∎ Diploma from IDB in relevant subject will get preference.

∎ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.
∎ Proven experience in hardware installation, networking, and surveillance system maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in Windows operating systems, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and IT devices.
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are preferred.
∎ Proven experience in hardware installation, networking, and surveillance system maintenance.
∎ Proficiency in Windows operating systems, software configuration, and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security systems, and IT devices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and configure users’ computer systems hardware, and networking devices, and ensure their seamless integration into the network.
∎ Configure and maintain Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware components, and manage backup & recovery processes.
∎ Respond promptly to IT support requests from employees, assisting via phone, email, chat, or on-site visit to resolve issues related to software, hardware, network, or security.
∎ Maintain and update the IT inventory, documentation, and records, ensuring compliance with company IT policies and standards.
∎ Provide training and guidance to employees on effectively and securely using IT systems and applications.
∎ Utilize expertise in surveillance system installation, maintenance, and routine monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge and experience in computer hardware, networking protocols, and security systems, and familiarity with various IT devices and tools.
∎ Monitor and maintain web servers, ERP software, and mail servers, and conduct regular network monitoring to ensure efficient operation throughout the company.
∎ Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
∎ Communicate effectively with users, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and providing exceptional customer service, while explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
∎ Implement server-side applications as per instructions to support software solutions, optimize server performance, and troubleshoot arising issues.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain networking performance, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage application software for users.
∎ Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network infrastructure, following instructions and industry best practices.
∎ Provide technical support for network-related issues, resolving them promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
∎ Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, wireless, and other cloud-based systems, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and data access.
∎ Monitor orders, distribute computer supplies, and maintain all IT-related equipment and accessories, ensuring availability for users as needed.
∎ Ensure the security of computer and server systems, including IP cameras & CCTV, to safeguard company assets and information.
∎ Ensure smooth communication through TNT, IP Phone, and PABX systems, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
