• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Sound knowledge of property customer relations.

• Proficiency in MS Office, social media marketing, and online branding.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Looking smart and well spoken.

Sanji Group of Companies — a reputed conglomerate engaged in stainless steel pipe & sheet manufacturing and property development — is looking for a smart, dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced individual for the post of Executive/Senior Executive (Branding & Customer Relationship).

• Prepare effective working plans and execute corporate business promotion and digital marketing strategies through attractive branding for stainless steel pipe and sheet products, as well as property development projects.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with valued corporate customers, area-based dealers, government and autonomous offices, developers, government/private contractors, hospitals, private universities, RMG sectors, and residential hotels to promote and market our products with the objective of achieving sales targets.

• To handle company property, building, and flat sales or rental management professionally within a reasonable timeframe.

• To arrange promotional meeting by gathering stakeholders in view to publicity our products.

• To ensure proper documentation and maintain consistent communication with clients in all matters related to property transactions.

• To design and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for the company’s steel products and property development projects.

• To prepare monthly reports summarizing branding and property performance.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
