∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/B.Com in Marketing/Management from any Govt. Approved University will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be capable of sales & marketing (B2B) management selling solutions, technical products, specialties, and services in the industry of solvents formulation and chemical intermediate market.
∎ To capture aggressive growth in the selling industrial area or company.
∎ Enhance our market understanding in the territory (including end-markets size, dynamics, competitive landscape, growth drivers).
∎ Implement the GBU strategy of Silica and Peroxide to ensure a clear market positioning of both the GBU’s in industrial areas or companies.
∎ To maximize sales volume and amount among existing customers to increase market share in strategic segments.
∎ Gain market share by developing new customers for Silica specially in ceramic companies, Business development of Specialty grades of Peroxide through market identifications.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Understanding & Mapping of Sales.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
