The ideal candidate will deliver exemplary customer experience to both the clients and buyers as part of a market-leading sales process. The candidates will work collaboratively across all GB RED Businesses including our international marketing team, and local office network to achieve the targets and our client`s expectations.

∎ Sound knowledge of Dhaka city and experience in selling Land and Apartments would be an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will have worked in a competitive sales environment where they have shown initiative to drive sales and to put the customer at the heart of the purchasing process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listing Residential, Commercial and Investment properties from the market
∎ Meeting with the Property Developers and Individual vendors to list new properties
∎ Sales call outs
∎ Negotiating offers
∎ Buyer registration and presentations
∎ Providing client management and support, whilst maintaining a high professional profile
∎ Build excellent relationships with clients
∎ Meet individual sales targets and KPI's
∎ Manage a register of active applicants
∎ Manage transactions proactively from reservation through to completion
∎ Provide daily/weekly feedback on sales activity and progress to line managers
∎ Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required:
∎ Target driven
∎ A sound knowledge and keen awareness of the market is essential, as is knowledge of the competition within the area
∎ IT - web/social media/email literate
∎ Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
∎ Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success
∎ Confident with presenting to an individual or corporate buyers and sellers
∎ Confident communication skills in person and on the phone
∎ Drive and enthusiasm
∎ Ability to work as part of a team
∎ Availability to attend sales events and occasional weekend work
∎ Own transportation will be an advantage
