Responsibilities & Context:
Create engaging and original content for product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials across social media platforms.
Manage digital content workflows and develop content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing across all digital channels.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries on social media to strengthen engagement and brand perception.
Deliver impactful copywriting, captions, and PR content in English and Bangla.
Coordinate seasonal and momentum-based product launches to align with marketing campaigns and timelines.
Ensure all content adheres to copyright regulations, intellectual property standards, and platform-specific guidelines.
Understand the product mix and publish content in line with the brand’s content strategy.
Collaborate with fashion designers, retail teams, and creative teams to identify product USPs and plan effective communication for social media.
Any other job related task assigned by the superior.
