Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create engaging and original content for product descriptions, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials across social media platforms.
∎ Manage digital content workflows and develop content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing across all digital channels.
∎ Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries on social media to strengthen engagement and brand perception.
∎ Deliver impactful copywriting, captions, and PR content in English and Bangla.
∎ Coordinate seasonal and momentum-based product launches to align with marketing campaigns and timelines.
∎ Ensure all content adheres to copyright regulations, intellectual property standards, and platform-specific guidelines.
∎ Understand the product mix and publish content in line with the brand’s content strategy.
∎ Collaborate with fashion designers, retail teams, and creative teams to identify product USPs and plan effective communication for social media.
∎ Any other job related task assigned by the superior.
