Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 2 years of experience in the Logistics/OFF Dock/Shipping/Freight Forwarding industry is preferred. Fresher’s are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Preparing cash flow statements.
∎ Monitoring and recording all bank transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
∎ Working with labor bill.
∎ Making store consumption report for a month and update it in the software.
∎ Assisting in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
∎ Updating financial data into accounting software accurately.
∎ Supporting in preparation and processing of bills, vouchers, and cheques for payment.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ To follow-up and ensure training is available/accessible to those who needs it.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal skill and teamwork.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ KDS Logistics Ltd., the logistics wing of KDS Group, situated in Chittagong; has been leading the ICD/OFF DOCK industry since a long time with the best-in-class services to its clients. We are looking for a young, energetic, dynamic, self-motivated and proactive person to perform the role of a Jr. Executive/Executive under Accounts & Finance Department. The incumbent will have to play the role in the dynamic ICD/OFF Dock Industry.
