Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service, Project Manager (IT System), Security Management of IT System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot Computer Hardware and end user IT support for LAN, OS and e-mail issue etc.
∎ Administer windows server applications AD, DC, DNS , DHCP
∎ Provide IT supports to end user for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, Printer & Other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Configure & maintain Network Printers, IP surveillance, Access control and PABX/IP Phone etc.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot Antivirus Server and File server independently
∎ Visit different units and depots for IT support (if needed)
∎ Maintain liaison with external service provider or vendor on major system problem.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on Core IT network device (Switch, AP etc.)
∎ Good technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Security
∎ Knowledge in Linux (Red Hat/ CentOS)
∎ Microsoft Certified Server Administration (MCSA) candidate will get preference
∎ Cisco and Red Hat Certified candidate will get preference.
∎ Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
∎ Ability of multiple task handling

Salary: Negotiable
