2 to 3 years of experinece on related field, Lingerie Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out systematic examination of the methods and activities,
∎ Prepare worker's skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption,
∎ Time study, capacity study & follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures,
∎ Prepare the operation bulletin for effective machine layout,
∎ Prepare Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate man-machine ratio,
∎ Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input,
∎ Prepare production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis,
∎ Check the consumption with bulk production,
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statement and line capacity.
