∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive for Wash Marketing of Garments Dyeing & Washing in Dyeing & Washing Factory.
∎ Marketing Executive of Denim and Garments Dyeing & Washing Factory is highly preferable.
∎ Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Identify and approach potential clients in the garments and textile industry.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international buyers.
∎ Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Present the factory's washing and dyeing capabilities to clients, including innovative washing techniques, sustainability practices, and compliance certifications.
∎ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to follow up on payments and financial agreements.
∎ Communicate clients’ requirements (design, washing style, finishing, etc.) to the production team.
∎ Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new washing technologies.
∎ Analyze customer feedback and market demands to suggest new service offerings.
∎ Prepare reports on market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and agreements.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager or Senior Management.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by management.
