Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute dispensing of raw materials, excipients and packaging materials as per BMR and production needs;
∎ Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation and compliance in dispensing operations;
∎ Record material issuance, returns and adjustments in Oracle;
∎ Coordinate with Production, QA and SCM for smooth material flow and timely availability;
∎ Report material shortages, quality issues, stock discrepancies and deviations;
∎ Support warehouse audits, inspections and compliance activities;
∎ Maintain 5S, housekeeping and HSE standards;
∎ Ensure data integrity and proactively address unsafe conditions;
∎ Generate regular reports to analyze operational efficiency and identify lean process improvements.
