Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Airlines ticketing & reservation: creating PNR, issuing tickets using GDS (Travelport/ Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) fare computation, customer service, modification, process, cancelation of reservation.
∎ Assist visa processing
∎ Provide fare quotations and pricing to the customers.
∎ Creating market opportunities, client hunting
∎ Meet up the monthly quarterly and yearly sales target
∎ Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts
∎ manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication must remain updated on airline/travel notices and update the reservation team and others accordingly
∎ providing visas and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
∎ interpret IATA regulations and be conversant with the IATA portal.
∎ Other work assigned by Management
