Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Masters in Finance & Accounts from a recognized university with CA CC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure maintaining VAT register and records including declaration of Musak-4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 9.1 and other books and paper records related to VAT
∎ Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and maintain Liaison with VAT circle office
∎ Responsible for all VAT related queries and filings in proper way.
∎ Receive price approval from custom (VAT) authority.
∎ Able to prepare annual accounts of the company.
∎ Proficient in Tally Accountant Software.
∎ Prepare VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and accounting record (Vat software & SAP).
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding export-import, customs procedure, VAT act & rules related to export & import.
∎ Update VDS/TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in timely manner.
∎ Check documents, prepare & submit VAT return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
∎ Submit monthly return properly.
∎ Responsible for all VAT related queries and filings in proper way.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
