∎ Assist customers with travel bookings, visa processing, and customized tour packages
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors
∎ Implement comprehensive marketing activities across both online and offline channels
