Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare a plan, schedule, and course of action for the training of field forces.
∎ Conduct training for new and existing field forces.
∎ Develop and upgrade training manual as per the training manual as per the training program.
∎ Evaluate & review the progress of trainees.
∎ Coordination with HRD, MSD, PMD, F & A and distribution to arrange the logistics.
∎ Support HRD to organize field force recruitment process and maintaining all training records.
