∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Accounts, Inventory & Internal Audit related experience & Proper Documentation.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having a good understanding of Accounting Software (Oracle , SAP etc)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be involved in the daily operations of the Accounts and Finance Department.
∎ Daily, Monthly sales cash deposit reconciliation
∎ Maintain Cash book
∎ Advance adjustment after checking bills, invoice, MRR & RIN
∎ Inventory reporting of imported fabrics, accessories and updates to company-owned customized systems.
∎ Sales input, record and reporting into company owned systems.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of monthly financial information, statements, stocks, sales, purchases and reports.
∎ Preparing financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly/ yearly).
∎ Assist management in analyzing and developing the organization's internal control system.
∎ Performing any other duties assigned by management.
