∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG business.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor trade scheme data daily, ensuring accurate updates in the software and implementing necessary changes while keeping the field force informed.
∎ Communicate regularly with the field force to track and enhance the execution of all trade programs for maximum effectiveness.
∎ Maintain and update trade analysis files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for data-driven decision-making.
∎ Ensure proper communication of trade schemes to all relevant stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams.
∎ Design and calculate sales force and distributor incentives (both regular and special) to drive motivation and sales performance.
∎ Develop and implement special trade programs such as Slab, Memo, and QPS programs based on sales and marketing team requirements.
∎ Conduct pre and post-evaluation of trade promotions using estimated ROI and IMS data to assess impact and effectiveness.
∎ Identify and resolve challenges related to trade program execution, ensuring seamless implementation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align trade promotions with overall sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Handle any additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
