• Follow company policies, IATA and airline standards, and ensure ethical selling practices.

• Maintain booking records, prepare daily reports, and support accounting with invoicing and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for fare updates and promotional offers.

• Work closely with the tour and sales team to provide seamless services to clients.

• Managing ticketing and reservation systems requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

• Responsibilities often include booking and confirming reservations, processing payments, and issuing tickets.

• Staying updated on the latest travel regulations and company policies is essential for success in this dynamic role.

• Issue, reissue, refund, and revalidation of both domestic and international air tickets using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

• Check availability, fares, and booking classes for flights as per client needs.

• Ensure accuracy in ticketing procedures and compliance with airline rules.
