Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Search Tender Notice and Purchase Schedule, Preparation of all necessary documents required in the Tender.
∎ Preparation of Bank Guarantee, Credit lines, and performance guarantee. Bill processing, submission, and collection.
∎ Achieve sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure client service is up to satisfaction by the client end.
∎ Work under pressure. From time to time update reporting to head of department.
∎ time to time report submission about running tender work, progress, and processing work.
∎ Ensure that marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Context:
∎ The Tender and Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the tendering process and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department. This multifaceted role involves researching, preparing, and managing tender documents while being responsible for the financial aspects of sales, and client satisfaction.
