Responsibilities & Context:
1. Convince potential customers to make purchases over the phone by maintaining a professional, persuasive, and friendly approach.
2. Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and generate quality sales.
3. Make outbound sales calls and engage with potential clients to overcome objections and close deals.
4. Maintain regular contact with key clients and provide updates to the technical team about customer requirements and satisfaction.
5. Prepare and present regular reports to the immediate supervisor while ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
