Responsibilities & Context:

As a Executive – Technical Sales, selected candidates will be assigned to different assignments within various customers during their probationary period. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, the candidates will be assigned to a specific business vertical.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals. 

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals. 

Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features that solve their needs. 

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate prices and terms, and successfully close deals to secure new business. 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling. 

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide valuable market data and trends to management. 

Reporting & CRM:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance and insights for management. 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales strategies with organizational goals. 

Event Participation:

  • Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
