Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deduct applicable Tax and VAT from all sorts of invoices/transactions.
∎ Prepare VAT Return (Mushak 9.1).
∎ Prepare Mushak 2.3, Mushak 4.3, Mushak 6.1, Mushak 6.2, Mushak 6.2.1, Mushak 6.6, Mushak 6.7, Mushak 6.8, Mushak 6.10 and other VAT documents as required from time to time.
∎ Complete VAT Assessment related documents.
∎ Maintain VAT Software.
∎ Prepare Monthly TDS & Salary Return.
∎ Prepare Withholding Tax Return u/s 75A of ITO, 1984.
∎ Prepare Return u/s 107EE, 108, 108A & 109 of ITO, 1984.
∎ Prepare Annual Income Tax Return u/s 75 of ITO, 1984.
∎ Organize and update the company's Tax database.
∎ Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and Returns.
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors.
∎ Prepare FDI Return.
∎ Prepare various financial reports as required by management from time to time.
∎ Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.
∎ Complete Tax Assessment related workings.
∎ Corporate Affairs and Insurance related tasks as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical Experience with Microsoft Office Package (specially in Excel).
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills.
∎ Familiarity with accounting software packages.
∎ Proven work experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills.
∎ Strong numeracy skills.
∎ Ability to handle the critical situation and meet the deadlines.
∎ Capability to handle a large volume of data both online and offline.
∎ Team player and target driven.
∎ Report Writing and Presentation Skills.
