Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate day-to-day sourcing activities for elastics, lace, tapes, and other sewing and packing trims.
∎ Collaborate with design, development and merchandising teams to meet T&A requirements.
∎ Liaise with local and international suppliers to track orders, lead times, and delivery plans.
∎ Ensure timely submission of quality approvals and follow up on rejections or clarifications.
∎ Maintain trackers for price, MOQ, and supplier performance across key categories.
∎ Assist in vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and documentation review.
∎ Provide data and support for internal reviews, cost analysis, and reporting.
∎ Based on price and quality evaluations across suppliers, create a Competitive Statement (CS) and declare a preferred supplier.
∎ Develop a curated collection in collaboration with the supplier, guided by the brand’s moodboards and current trend direction.
