Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received and issued through challans, requisitions, and ERP/software systems.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely material availability.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
