Additional Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the RMG or manufacturing industry.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with a Defence background (Army, Navy, or Air Force) will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily security operations and security personnel across factory premises.
Ensure proper access control, gate pass management, visitor entry, and vehicle checking.
Monitor CCTV, prevent theft and unauthorized access, and safeguard company assets.
Maintain security records, duty rosters, and incident reports.
Ensure emergency preparedness and compliance with company security policies and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments to maintain factory security and discipline.
