Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
∎ Any third class not allowed

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct, Local Labor Law and various compliance issues.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audit.
∎ Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyers requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification of Better Work, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & ISO.
∎ To ensure all facilities involving health& safety specially fire safety measures and procedures.
∎ Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
∎ To resolve employees grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
∎ To visit floor daily & identify compliance issue & make a report for submitting and taking action to Compliance Manager at the end of the day.
∎ To conduct all training issues are done timely for newly joined workers.
∎ To ensure Health & Safety environment in the factory. Arranging health & safety workshop, seminar by Health & Safety committee in every three month for awareness of the workers.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations on behavior of workers/ line supervisors.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support.
∎ Died worker benefit disbarment and all related work.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Sound knowledge in General HR and Admin.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord standard.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office Packages.
