The Executive/Senior Executive – Sales for Manikganj will be fully responsible for driving business performance within the district. As the sole sales representative in the zone, the role requires a proactive, accountable, and highly organized individual capable of independently managing sales operations, distributor and dealer coordination, customer relationships, and overall market development. Strong ownership, field discipline, and the ability to achieve targets with minimal supervision are essential.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the Manikganj district.
Independently manage the entire territory, ensuring full market coverage and consistent engagement with dealers, retailers, and key accounts.
Expand and consolidate existing markets while identifying new market opportunities across both urban and rural areas.
Visit new and existing dealers/parties regularly and share authentic market insights with management.
Conduct routine visits to current, future, and under-construction project sites and give regular updates to introduce products, highlight their quality and strengths, and support site management with required information.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and site management to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences, and provide timely updates to senior management.
Coordinate with logistics/transport departments for timely product delivery and maintain smooth communication with delivery and quality teams.
Track payment status of each customer, follow up for collections, liaise with the accounts team, and report any unusual issues to management.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including performance vs. target, forecasting, and market insights.
Identify branding and visibility opportunities and coordinate with the branding team for execution.
Arrange and support diverse promotional programs to enhance brand image and strengthen brand value within the district.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, reporting standards, and ethical business practices.
Strictly follow the company’s values, rules, regulations, and chain of command.
