Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will go through a training period for around three months under the direct supervision of line manager/ people development steering team of Pride Group. After successful completion of the program, the incumbent will be expected to take over a unique role in garments division. However, the content type/ and nature of the unique role (KPIs) will be depending upon how the incumbents perform during the learning period.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participates in continuous improvement meeting and shares ideas related to implementing balanced layout, reducing changeover time, quality improvement & wastage control
∎ Prepares cutting plan and closely monitors materials flow to execute the plan
∎ Ensures zero downtime in cutting section
∎ In coordination with planning responsible, ensures availability of input in sewing line at all time, executes supermarket plan.
∎ Acts as a custodian of all SOPs
