Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit outlets of Cement (Dealer's point & retailer's point) at route on regular basis.
∎ Maintain relationship to retain existing customers of Cement as well as source new market.
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, campaigns, market share etc. and assist supervisor to develop the market policy.
∎ Collect order from the market and place order through software accordingly.
∎ Achieve pre-determined sales target to contribute in boosting up revenue.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Ensure collection of credits from market.
∎ Prepare reports e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc. and submit to immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Communication Skill
∎ Physical endurance
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication
