Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in field operations, branding, or outdoor activities (FMCG or retail sector preferred).
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and vendors.
Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct field visits to collect accurate site measurements for branding and installation purposes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, ensuring their commitment to company branding activities.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the sales team, vendors, and related departments for smooth execution of field operations.
Supervise vendor performance, ensure work completion, and process work clearance as per company standards.
Visit and monitor company branding assets regularly based on the approved database and reporting schedule.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ensure timely implementation of promotional and branding activities in assigned areas.
Support and participate in events, campaigns, and special marketing programs as required.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company operational procedures during fieldwork.
Ride a motorcycle with a valid license for regular outdoor visits and field coordination.
