Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand the company brand.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge for troubleshooting passenger cars.
∎ Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
∎ Can prepare job card in ERP system.
∎ Can prepare an estimate for the Electromechanical job.
∎ Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution, and reporting the results to the relevant people.
∎ Have the ability to work in a pressurized situation.
∎ Able to fulfill or achieve the set target or any challenging task by management.
∎ Frequent outdoor visit to the corporate customer is a mandatory task.
∎ Need to maintain greetings, smiles, and thanks (GST) to the interacting customers.
∎ Must be fluent in writing and verbal English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Perform research on warranties and prepare to customize warranty papers for work.
∎ Coordinate with the manager and prepare repair orders for authorization as per warranty requirements.
∎ Assist various departments and fulfill all warranty requirements.
∎ Assist customers with all warranty services and prepare associate documents.
∎ Assist customers with all warranty services and prepare associate documents.
∎ Monitor all customer inquiries and requests on all warranty issues.
∎ Supervise all information and update database and prepare to require filling documents.
∎ Maintain knowledge of various warrant programs by active participation in education programs.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with all warranty
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have capabilities to handle customer issues independently
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
