Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA /B.Sc in Civil Engineering/CSE/EEE /Telecommunication from any UGC approved university
∎ Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management (CIPS, IPSCM, CSCM, PGDSCM) and Project Management (PMP) will be added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute procurement related works with zero error; from scrutinizing purchase requisition, verify specifications, collecting commercial proposals, negotiation, evaluation of offers and up to issuance of purchase order
∎ Ensure on time procurement from local & foreign sources as per agreed SLA
∎ Shadow cost/price calculation of goods/services through spot/online shop/market visit
∎ Sourcing, inclusion and managing relationship with vendors regularly for complying organizational requirement
∎ Plan for the best way to get goods from suppliers to warehouse & distribution locations
∎ Ensure compliance in all sourcing process as per SCM policy & ensure all procurement rights.
∎ Regular reporting for procurement to pay process
∎ Awareness in supply chain risk management and material management
∎ Ability to build strong working relationship and influence at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders at senior level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Age: within 24-30 years. Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Work Experience: at least one year working experience in core Supply Chain preferred for Executive and 2-3 years for Senior Executive position
∎ Possess a curious mind, willing to work independently and with cross-functional teams
∎ Good command on written and verbal communication skills
∎ Proactive, innovative and problem solver attitude
∎ Advanced knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel for reporting
∎ Willing to travel across country
∎ Working knowledge on data analysis, report writing capability, database development & maintenance
Salary: Negotiable
