Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Conduct property viewings and tours to showcase available properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
∎ Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, providing personalized advice and recommendations.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Ability to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Ability to create new corporate/industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ To create a strong data base.
∎ To visit and follow up prospective customers regularly.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ To submit various report to Management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes under immense pressure.
