Job Context:
∎ Union Paints Bangladesh is currently looking for some result oriented, motivated, and dynamic professional for Sales Team. To create new markets for supplying chemical & paints products. Union Paints Bangladesh is expected to be proficient, innovative and business-minded professional whom are looking for a challenging career in the Paints and Chemical Product industry.
∎ Job Location: Sirajgonj, Tangail, Savar, Manikganj, Gazipue, Mymensingh, Sherpur, Netrokona, Jamalpur, Dhaka, Naogoan, Jhenaidah, Khulna, Jashore, Jaypurhat, Gaibandha, & Rongpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be ensured the party visit rout wise and make party list according to rout plan.
∎ Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
∎ Achieve sales target within specified market
∎ Make party list then find out good party, good seller, good manner then make plan about them.
∎ Maintain long term business relationship with best party, dealer and painters.
∎ Monitor to the party and their business feature nature, and inform management from time to time.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulation.
∎ Ability to convince party and painter.
∎ 100% Create new sector wise corporate customers such as Real Estates, Garments, and Corporate business. House visiting and govt: Organization and so on.
∎ 100% prepare daily activities reports and submit them to top management.
∎ Develop & maintain relationships with retailer dealer and painter.
∎ Buildup good relationships with good painters per paint store wise minimum 05 person.
∎ 100% setup a central dealer in your reporting point or sadar market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having paints company job experience will get advantage.
∎ 02-05 years(s) on paint industry (will get advantage) (Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales)
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
∎ Motor cycle as always having driving license.
