Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

As the official distributor of SONY in Bangladesh and the proud owner of its local brand SMART, SONY-SMART offers cutting-edge innovation and a genuine commitment to quality through its Genuine-Five Policy. The Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving showroom sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and representing the brand’s values of trust, care, and passion. This role demands strong communication, customer service, and sales skills to achieve targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information, demonstrations, and recommendations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.

2.      Showroom Operations

  • Ensure product displays, merchandising, and cleanliness are always maintained according to company standards.

  • Keep track of stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Showroom Manager.

  • Ensure adherence to SONY-SMART’s Genuine-Five Policy in every sales interaction.

3.      Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Educate customers about the Genuine Price, Genuine Service, Genuine Care, and Genuine Passion approach.

  • Actively participate in showroom campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches.

4.      Teamwork & Compliance

  • Collaborate with the showroom team to achieve collective sales goals.

  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and compliance guidelines.

  • Support training and development of junior staff when required.
