Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing will be taken as advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ An eligible person who can directly work on sales of land and apartments independently.
∎ Need to achieve sales target.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill given responsibilities.
∎ Must be capable of generating own enquirers and close deals independently.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) in any reputed Housing & Real Estate Company
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with analytical thinking & approach.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English.
