Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) who has practical Experience in Land/Property Marketing, Telemarketing and self-motivated & the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
∎ The Candidate Must Have at Least 3-10 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ Daily sales reporting to Team Leader.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.
∎ Maintain & Update customer database.
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
∎ Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Incentive Policy.
