Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as an Asst. Manager/Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has practical Experience in Land/Property Marketing, Telemarketing and self-motivated & the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
∎ The Candidate Must Have at Least 3-10 Years Proven Experience of Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Lead the sales team(s) to achieve the set objective using marketing strategies.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ By mentoring and inspiring the sales team, develop and drive sales initiatives to meet targets.
∎ Train team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Creating new markets and carrying out targeted sales by developing, improving, and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional efforts for diverse projects.
∎ Driving sales planning, forecasting, and management of sales & customer service aggressively.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Maintain & Update customer database.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
∎ Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
