∎ 2 to 5 Years Working Experience in the Real Estate sector Sales & Marketing Department/ Others Company Marketing department.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find new sales opportunities and bring customers who are interested to invest.
∎ Sell land share by building good relationships with customers.
∎ Give clients proper support, service, and information about the project and arrange project visits.
∎ Need energetic and dynamic people who like to take callange*.
∎ Capable Door to Door Marketing and also like to introduction with various peoples.
∎ Keep strong communication with existing and new clients and make good relation with them.
∎ Meet the monthly/quaterly sales target and acheive it with self technique.
∎ Suggest ways to improve sales and services
∎ Meet the new prospect customer and bring them to project visit.
∎ Attend training and meetings to improve skills.
∎ Help the team to meet sales targets and work together.
∎ Handle post-sales work like checking forms, payment plans and agreements.
∎ Do other tasks as given by management.
