∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable in Real Estate business and its present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Capable of planning of corporate sales and its implementation.
∎ Capable of dealing with In-house client
∎ Capable of direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit the apartment with the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ To create new sales in the various corporate groups, offices in different places in Dhaka / Bangladesh.
∎ Creating new customers is the prime responsibility of these posts.
∎ Capacity to assess the customer's needs, what he actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with HOD-sales.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in notable top tier real estate companies will be preferable.
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of the real estate sector including sales, marketing, etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer.
