∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Email comunication, Marketing Sales, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Sales Marketing, Telemarketing and direct sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with a professional sales team
∎ Making calls to different database to generate sales leads
∎ Explaining the product/Apartment and offers
∎ Convince customers & receive feedback from clients
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Identify customer type, interest, collecting basic information which are required to make sale
∎ Forwarding the potential contacts to Sales Team
∎ Preparing report
∎ time to time report to the supervisor
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
