Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for , young, energetic, target oriented and proactive person to employ as Executive /Senior Executive (Sales & marketing) who has the experience in achieving the sales target in Real Estate sector.
∎ The candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years proven experience of Real Estate Products, obtaining leads for sales team, to pursue and constantly discover ways to innovate and integrate the said innovations into the company's output.
∎ They should be capable to work professionally focusing on sales and achievement of sales target and handle all the issues with the customers efficiently.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for regular following-up customers and maintain their records.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office
∎ Responsible for attending project and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Time to time report to the supervisor Any other activities as and when required by the management.
