Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Answering phones, emails, and scheduling appointments.

  2. Preparing, organizing, and managing documents and files.

  3. Inputting data into systems and databases.

  4. Assisting with various projects and providing support to other team members.

  5. Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  6. Proven experience in deed writing or similar legal documentation.

  7. Proficiency in Bangla typing.

  8. Fluency in both written and spoken English.

  9. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  10. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

  11. Draft, review, and edit deed documents and other legal papers.

  12. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

  13. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

  14. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

  15. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  16. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

  17. Follow up to ensure resolution.

  18. Gather customer feedback and share with the team to improve the service.

  19. Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and insights.

  20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving abilities.

  21. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  22. Sales calls from existing database
