Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Responsible for product Development for IKEA.
∎ Communicate with the customers to manage all development request.
∎ Understand Customer Development needs for new product Range.
∎ Monitoring & Coordination on development time planning to achieve and secure IKEA development time plan.
∎ Raise development program, follow up and conduct close coordination in between each production unit to expedite the process.
∎ Deliver development samples as per customer demand (Quality & Time).
∎ Secure sample delivery time line, on time get check, zero series and time to time packaging development.
∎ Develop alternate process and material to offer best price to customer.
∎ Develop new design focusing the trend and customer requirements, generation new product range in terms of raw materials, Product.
∎ Source for the new opportunity in terms of alternative raw material.
∎ Find out alternative process root for price improvement and sustainable growth.
∎ Pick best quote from IKEA free range in terms of price offer.
∎ Internal auditor for IKEA APL activity.
∎ Follow up trims and component order for IKEA product development.
∎ Check development Sample with approval swatch and customer reference.
∎ Performed as a team member, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Pick best quote from new customer in terms of price offer and overall responsible for new customer development assigned by GM- Marketing.
∎ Initiate, coordinate and supervise process optimization projects under the supervision of GM- Marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both written and Spoken.
∎ Good at Computer & Microsoft Office.
