Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand new market areas and increase the sales volume by ordering and promoting products to the customers and the influencers.
∎ Candidates Need to Move and Visit the Customer Premises Regularly.
∎ Achieving quarterly target sales.
∎ Collect all the latest and recent market information.
∎ Maintain proper communication and ensure effective follow-up with the prospects and existing clients.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Prepare all documentation related with sales.
∎ Find the leads & opportunities to generate sales from the current and previous client's data.
∎ Sourcing the sales opportunities and market potentialities.
∎ Submit daily work reports on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure market development through maintaining a strong relation with clients.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback from clients and provide it to team leaders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At Least 5 years' experience in selling building materials.
∎ Successful track record in selling in the B2B market.
∎ Candidate with experience in Brick or Block industry will get preference.
∎ Candidate must have his own Motor cycle & license
∎ Self-motivating & hard working
∎ Good written and spoken English & Bangla

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary may be reviewed on achieving of sales target after 06 months.
