Responsibilities & Context:
Developer company, architect firm, interior designer ও construction company গুলোর সাথে regular যোগাযোগ করে নতুন client develop করা
Wooden door, door frame (kather chowkath) ও customized furniture এর জন্য B2B sales generate করা
Project-based client sourcing (residential & commercial project) এবং long-term business relationship build করা
Client requirement অনুযায়ী door, frame ও furniture এর specification বুঝে proposal/quotation প্রস্তুত ও submit করা
Drawing, design ও material specification (wood type, polish, finish etc.) সম্পর্কে client কে clear ধারণা দেওয়া
Site visit করে measurement, requirement verification এবং project scope বুঝা
Ongoing project গুলোর follow-up রাখা এবং timely delivery ও client satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা
Architect, consultant ও project manager দের সাথে coordination করে product approval নিশ্চিত করা
Sample, catalog, material board নিয়ে client presentation করা
Sales pipeline maintain করা (lead generation → meeting → quotation → negotiation → closing)
Market trend, competitor pricing ও product demand analysis করে management কে report করা
Monthly/weekly sales target achieve করা এবং performance report প্রস্তুত করা
Existing client এর সাথে relationship maintain করে repeat business নিশ্চিত করা
Social media, online platform ও personal networking এর মাধ্যমে নতুন lead generate করা
Payment follow-up ও collection support করা (as per company policy)
Client feedback collect করে product/service improvement এ contribute করা
