Responsibilities & Context:
Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. MGI is searching for highly motivated, honest, proactive & energetic talent for the position of "Executive/ Sr. Executive", Sales & Marketing. This role will be responsible for managing sales & marketing-related responsibilities for our chemical division and will report to the functional head.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and communication.
Respond to and collect orders as per the requirement of local customers.
Prepare the clients and update the database regularly.
Prepare sales contracts, invoices, and agreements accurately.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Collect payments, LC Copy, Purchase Order, and Cheque from customers on time and resolve any issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional plans.
Provide regular sales performance reports to the line manager.
