∎ MBA / Masters or equivalent from any university (any discipline). Education qualification may be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify sales opportunities and planning for admixture sales as per monthly target.
∎ Market visit, Client hunt, Creating Market Opportunity.
∎ Understand the client's need and identify the scope for sales opportunity.
∎ Build and keep strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and private clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them within the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Troubleshoot customer service issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5year experience in Construction, Cement, Paint, Rod, Real Estate and Chemicals field. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellence interpersonal skill and willingness to take on responsibility and challenges with commitment and honesty.
∎ Self driven, result oriented, hardworking and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates must have computer literacy.
∎ Ability to ride motorbikes.
