Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor Degree from any reputed university.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 28 to 36 years

• Candidate must have good experience in sales and marketing of central and VRF air conditioning systems.

• Computer Skill, Communication Skill, Customer relationship Skill.

• Candidate with Driving License (Motorcycle) will have advantage.

• Willing to work with target, in pressure, with challenge.

• For marketing- need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Implement marketing and sales strategy of the air conditioning products and systems.

• Actively search, develop and engage in new customer relationships to expand the market share.

• Develop sustainable long-term relationships with clients, customers and distributors.

• Set sales target and plan accordingly to take initiatives to achieve the target yearly.

• Visit market for new requirements, meet clients on regular basis, preparing proposals, submit proposal, attend meeting, winning project competing with others.

• Prepare log book to record yearly requirements in the market, forecast next year requirements, etc.
